Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pebbles & BamBam Candles, LLC.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles, wax melts, or other fragrance products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pebblesbambamcandles@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Pebbles & BamBam Candles, LLC.
